Reddit leak removal,
link by link.
Leaks often spread on Reddit through posts that link to, or directly host, stolen images and videos. Reddit handles copyright complaints through its own reporting process, so every infringing post needs to be identified precisely.

How Reddit handles copyright complaints
Reddit accepts copyright infringement reports for content hosted on its platform and removes material it finds infringing. A complaint must identify each specific post or media URL, not just a subreddit. If a post only links to a file elsewhere, the file also has to be taken down from the site actually hosting it.
How ClearTrace helps
- Submit Reddit post URLs and image/video links in bulk with your other leaks.
- Each link gets its own §512(c)(3)-compliant notice, ready to file with the correct host.
- Off-site files linked from a post are tracked as separate takedowns.
- Your dashboard shows the status and removal date for every link.
Whole subreddits
Reddit can act against communities that repeatedly host infringing material, but that is Reddit's decision under its own policies. The most reliable lever is consistent, accurate reports for every infringing post.

Frequently asked questions
Can I report a whole subreddit for leaks?
Copyright reports work at the level of individual posts and files. Reddit may act against a community that keeps hosting infringing material, but that decision is Reddit's.
What if the Reddit post only links to another site?
The link can be reported, and the file itself should be taken down from the site that hosts it. ClearTrace tracks both as separate links.
Do I need a Reddit account?
Not to use ClearTrace. Reddit's own copyright reporting form may ask the complaining party for contact details.
